About the workshop
Step on the mat. Follow your impulses. Explore your desires. Play freely.
Impulse play is all about discovering what feels meaningful in each moment; with yourself, with another, or with the room, and working with whatever impulses or barriers arise.
Through these practices, you'll learn to follow your impulses in a playful, safer and connected way. You're invited to follow your curiosity, connect with others, and discover playfulness and self-expression in the form that feels right for you.
We begin together, step by step, with practices that help you land in your body, connect with others and build trust before flowing into free play.
What to expect from the program
1200-1900 total time
1200-1400 guided exercises
1400-1445 break: lunch and chill
1445-1615 guided play and free play
1615-1745 snack break
1745-1900 continued free play
1900 soft ending
π€ A warm, guided start that grounds you in your body and creates connection with others.
π€Short, playful practice rounds to explore acting on your impulses and activate your direct route to pleasure.
The ritual of Impulse Play gives a simple structure that holds the playground, explained with demos and clear agreements.
We will practice reversibility and honouring our boundaries, and how to respond when you (or your partner) meet a freeze or fawn response.
π€ It will be a consensual space where curiosity and freedom are welcome. Sexual play is invited, never expected, and always within the container of consent, clarity, and care.
π€ Together we will create a playground for playful connection, desire, and authenticity.

Frequently Asked Questions
Roughly how many participants are there that day? We work with a group of around 20β40 participants.
What do you recommend wearing? Anything goes, everything's allowed (bring underpants at minimum, no shoes inside). Go for comfort above all. Feel free and very invited to bring an extra outfit or several, in case you feel like something different later: beautiful, wild, kinky, or simple. All outfits are welcomed, including your pajamas or that one outfit that is way too overdressed and because of that, so very welcome here! ;)

This is my first time going to such an eventβ¦ How do I prepare? Simply being present in a place like this is often an experience in itself, regardless of what else happens or what you do or don't do. You're allowed to really give yourself the space to land first, without having to do anything. You already learn so much just by being there. So prepare by being your own best friend π
Is it expected that we share a lot about ourselves? No, there's no obligation to share anything. We mostly let the body speak. There's little verbal sharing and no extensive self-disclosure. We start with shared warm-up exercises and build step by step toward freer play.
Is it okay to express myself in Dutch? Of course. The group is usually international and the working language is English, but you're always welcome to express yourself in Dutch if that feels more comfortable.
Do you aim for a gender balance in the group? No, we don't maintain a fixed gender balance. The group is open to any gender and sexual orientation. It is the power of the game to show up and be open to what wants to unfold on the mat between you and the other, no matter the gender. <3
How about food? We have two breaks during the day; a lunch break around 14:00 and a snack break around 16:15. Please bring your own food and snacks!
Do I need to have a partner to attend? No, you do not need to have a partner to attend. Both individuals and couples are welcome.
Can we join as a couple? Absolutely! You have the flexibility to choose whether you want to stay with your partner for the exercises or engage with other participants.
